Cocoa and Jen's art studio is a warehouse in CERia and acts as Cocoa and Jen's art studio. The young women have heavily modified both the interior and exterior of the building.

The outside is covered in a variety of murals, with sunflower paintings on the roof, a woman's face on the front exterior wall, and the pavement in front of the building painted with fish, lily pads, and rainbow circles.
The interior is just as lively: one section of the roof has been modified to a greenhouse roof and this section of the interior is filled with a large variety of plants and hides the toilet and shower. A basic table with three seats is also located in this section, with all the pieces made out of tree stumps. There is also a frog here, Mr. Lollihops, who'll sometimes take up residence in the toilet bowl.[1]
The rest of the interior has been converted into an art studio, filled with a variety of props, paints, and art easels. In the corner across from the plants the two set up a bunk bed area for their sleeping quarters.
History[]
Originally, the warehouse was only used to store art supplies for Stuxent University's classes, but over the years students added furniture to the place, making it into a nice living area.[1] This in turn eventually led to the students holding a competition every two years to see who would get the studio, with Cocoa and Jen winning it last year.
