Julia is Frey's cross-dressing alias. As Frey has an androgynous voice, with the right clothes and padding, he can both look and sound like a woman. The main purpose of "Julia" is to seduce information out of people.[1]

Julia is portrayed with black hair, turquoise earrings, and a turquoise polka dot dress. Frey uses body pads to fill out his butt, hips, and breasts to further look like a woman.

- In Mutable (Part 1), she's labeled as "Alice" (but keeps the same appearance of Julia) when Frey posts on social media about the "censored" artwork.
