Summary[]
On his first day of class, Vance is rather bored as he listens to his new professor, Reymond Floyd, stress the importance of answering the annual National Harmony Exam correctly and how their answers will affect their future. As the professor goes on, Robin suddenly appears and silently sits right next to a stunned Vance, who realizes not only does Robin actually exist but she's even hotter in person.
Floyd hands out the mandatory exam to their row and while Vance works out ways to try and get his second chance with Robin, he looks over and sees Robin picking the "wrong" multiple choice responses on her sheet: filling in the bubbles that she doesn't think CERia is harmonious, that she has done things to destabilize the harmony, has spread memes about a yellow bear, and so forth. Vance begins to panic, thinking Robin's an idiot, though concludes maybe she doesn't realize that's not how it works in CERia as she's a transfer student. As Robin walks off to turn in her sheet to the professor, Vance tries to reach out to stop her as he doesn't want her sent to a Re-education Camp. However, he isn't able to get any words out to get Robin's attention to stop her from turning it in.
Later, a still stunned Vance is back in his dorm room while Frey plays on his violin nearby, who almost rhetorically comments that it appears Vance is having girl problems. As Vance sarcastically remarks Frey sure knows how to cheer a guy up, Frey responds he actually does know how to really cheer Vance up with something that's better than his music.
